The Public Relations Representative (P.R.R.), AKA Winston Byrd, is a boss and character from Toontown Corporate Clash.
She also just so happens to be my favourite character ever

Imprisoned and forgotten, Winston waits alone in the dungeon of Ye Olde Toontown, wasting away both physically and mentally as they wait for the day COGS inc comes to save them.
They must be looking for him, they must be. She just has to hold on.
Just a little longer.

She is a multifaceted and fantastic character, angry and terrified but clinging onto that public relations facade she used to benefit her company, projecting a pleasant image over the top of her deteriorating life.
They'll ask you to help, attack you when you refuse, and then beg you to not leave.
It's all they know anymore.

Despite that, she's still the bad guy. He's fully prepared to do whatever it takes to go back home and do her job; to aid in the takeover of toontown and driving out toons from the place. They're here to be public relations, as in, getting the toons on their side, by any means necessary.

She'll get her job and life back soon. She's sure.

He's been waiting in that dungeon for years. And she'll keep waiting. and waiting. and waiting...
Yet, no one is coming to save him.

She's important to me in ways that defy description. This page aims to serve as a personal dedication to The Character of all Characters. A love letter, to my byrd.

I hope she knows that someone, in some universe, cares about her. Even if she did do all that.
